St. Charles Thursday Night Rec & Ultra Division
League Costs & Details
The next session is tentatively scheduled to begin on Thursday October 1st. The league is BYOB, so teams are allowed to bring their own alcohol. The games will be played on Thursday evenings and will begin around 6:30pm.
 
The league fee includes a team jersey for all new players.  Each team will participate in 12 games; double headers each week. ULTRA Division games each feature 2 paid officials, Rec includes 1 Official. Hotshots in St. Charles is the official division sponsor, and offers over $550 in free pizza and toasted ravs to each team, each session! Top performing teams from the ULTRA Division will be invited to play in the annual "ULTRA Invitational", which has a grand prize of an all expenses paid trip to the Missouri Show Me State Games.

Recreational & ULTRA Cost Info

 Recreational: $50 for new players that need a team jersey, and $45 for returning players that have a league jersey. Team captains play for free, as long as they have 13 paid players by the September 19th payment deadline. Late payments will be accepted via the website, or by mail, from September 20th - October 3rd, a $10 per player late fee will be accessed. A $3 surcharge is required for jersey sizes 2XL and larger. Players that pay October 4th or beyond will be required to pay a $20.00 late penalty.

Team captains play for free, as long as they have 13 paid players by the September 19th payment deadline. Extra Shirt Cost

Recreational Extra Shirt: $15.00 if paid by the first payment deadline, $20.00 after. Remember, just because a player has a jersey doesn't mean they're able to participate; as all teams are limited to the number of paid players on the official league roster. In instances where a team has more players on the game roster in comparison to the league roster, a $5 per-game/per-player charge will be required.

Ultra Extra Shirt: $30.00 if paid by the first payment deadline, $45.00 after. Remember, just because a player has a jersey doesn't mean they're able to participate; as all teams are limited to the number of paid players on the official league roster. In instances where a team has more players on the game roster in comparison to the league roster, a $5 per-game/per-player charge will be required. 
 
Team Roster Size
Each team must have at least 13 paid roster spots; minimum of 3 girls. Team captains play for free, as long as they have 13 paid players by the September 19th payment deadline. Teams that do not have 13 paid players must fill each empty roster spot, and pay the league fee for "Substitute Players" in order to reach the 13 paid player minimum.
